The Organization

Kosho Ryu International martial arts organization was established to preserve the teachings of the old masters "The study of natural laws" - known in ancient times as Ch'uan Fa or Fist Law.

The organization was also established to help unite the martial arts community together. It is our belief that Martial arts is not just self-defense, but a common ground that is used to bring people together.

The Art

Kosho Ryu is a live art full of enlightenment. It is not a study of techniques, but rather key principles and deep concepts that give birth to most inspiriting awareness through motion and movement. Kosho Ryu is the education of cultural arts as well as the martial arts. It is a study of restorative and healing arts such as Yoga, Acupressure and Shiatsu. Kosho Ryu practitioners learn the understanding of the human body and its systems.
